Having watched the accelerating power of money/ wealth in American political & environmental life since the 1969 Oil Spill ... I don't think the Republic will survive Trump and Project 2025.
I doubt if we make it to the Fourth of July.
Now, I think, any hope of progress, innovation, justice or even common decency lie with the Very Small Community. Each city, each faith community, each productive, kind organization.
How did we address keeping billionaires etc from buying elections? How can we build that into the platform? Otherwise our government will never truly be representative.
I for am very impressed with a plan, well thought out and feasible, I just wanted to remind you that our communications could go out any second, I'm thinking we're not going to hear about that, it's not going to make the news, wusk is launching multiple satellites daily he has over 5,000 in the sky now they're 16 of them tonight over Phoenix, I play chess, and this is starting to look like a serious chess match. If we cannot communicate, it would almost be impossible to put together a plan of any size, and they know that, buy a CB radio it's under a hundred bucks.
Lorissa, so great as always! Question: I've largely retreated form social media in the past few years because 1) I'm working very hard at this point in my career and I can't afford distractions (I'd rather spend my free media time reading longer articles and educational materials), and 2) I don't want to contribute to the over-clogging of important and underrepresented voices that need more space in the cultural dialogue. I continue to contribute to the causes I support in other ways, but do you think it's actually worth jumping back into social media for the purposes you described?

Excellent work. May we work toward a platform that lifts us all. I have been unable to raise the DNC, but have worked platform issues. Nothing as refined. I will see how we mesh. https://hotbuttons.substack.com/p/i-will-call-the-dnc-today?r=3m1bs
This is so great! So glad so many are working on solutions. 🇺🇸
Wow!
So glad you like it!
My Substack is loaded with advice ... more to come. Lots of advice on communications for the Dems in particular.
They need all they can get!
