The power of education - yes! I love the mission of the Jeanette Rankin Foundation. It has never been more important that we preserve and promote educational opportunities for women--especially women who might not have had the opportunity to complete high school or go on for higher education. The more the current regime works to destroy education, the more it is up to us to support scholarships for women. Inspiring!
Yes! You are exactly correct! We must work together to ensure all women and girls can continue to achieve their academic goals. So much of the progress we have made as women is entirely based on our access to education. We cannot go back!

I think your line about remembering these women who went before us before we even had the vote before we had a lot of the rights that we are quickly seen taken away and had very few men that were allies. That is super inspiring to sit in. Thank you! I hope someday my business is earning enough to be able to donate to a scholarship fund like this For women that have come out of the evangelical right wing church and have no financial means of their own to leave their husbands.
